Coming 2 America: Lagos, Nigeria Edition

The premiere of Coming 2 America: Lagos Edition was held in Lagos, Nigeria on Friday March 5th 2021 titled ‘Royal Watch Party’. The Lagos edition was attended by many Nigerian actors and actresses who graced the premiere with stunning outfits, to showcase the beauty of Africa.

The original popular 80’s movie ‘Coming to America’ starred many of the greats, the likes of Eddie Murphy, Shari Headley, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones, John Amos, Louis Anderson  etc. Whilst we anticipate for Part 2 to be released in cinemas/picture houses across the globe, it promises to deliver a great watch and in Nigeria we are here to celebrate it.

The released date was on 4th March 2021 in the United States, over the next few days it will be shown in other countries and cities. The sequel includes majority of the original cast. It would be interesting to see how they have changed over the years and how they will develop the story line further. For now we celebrate the beauty of Africa in all its glory.

The premiere was attended by Chioma from Good Hair ltd, Stephanie Coker, Toyin Abraham, Beverley Naya, Akin Faminu, Cee C, Nengi, Prince & Mercy Eke amongst many other popular celebrities.
